The units are non-smoking, reasonably large. Location close to Deusto university as well as all the best museums. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Beautiful and bright units with safe & good cupboard space. Excellent service, even though a few employees were busy. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Ta Chien that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Nice design, well experienced staff, top location. We loved the standard room with stylish furniture. Efficient check in and impeccable service. A lovely beach, exceptional view.

We had an enjoyable time. We liked the contemporary interior and the high speed internet access. We slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. Everything seemed perfectly fine, spotless. You could walk to supermarket and shopping centres.

The breakfast definitely could be was n't included in the price.

Location was best possible, the staff were absolutely perfect. The breakfast was extensive with variety of items. Walking distance to a supermarket and a mall across the street. The beach nearby was nice and the view was romantic. The service was exceptional in my opinion.

The room was extremely pleasant and perfect, amicable staff. Breakfasts were absolutely superb, always with variety of meals. City hotel in a tourist area of Bilbao. Outstanding service offered in this property too. We had a real good experience here.

Wifi was very poor, awful views.

Everything was exceptional! Liked location and staff, they were terrific. It was big size and bathroom was fairly clean here. They made my stay fine. Found in the touristic area. Visited few places in the centre, around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Its breakfast definitely should have been was n't included in the price.

Deusto tube station is within walking distance of the property. The helpful staff at the hotel. Also, free WiFi was provided. Nh Bilbao Deusto - is simply one love.
